HOPE CHRISTIAN CHURCH!!

Sunday I decided to try Hope Christian Church right on the campus of ASU. When I got there everyone was so inviting and they have a wonderful band!! Sunday was "Open Mic" day where the students/alumni/attendants could say what God had done for them or helped the through in the past year; kinda like testimonials!! They were great!! I loved hearing about all the wonderful things that were happening in these peoples lives. It just shows how great God can be!! I have decided that this is the church for me and will be going there from now on :)

While I was at church I met some very awesome people who invited me to a new years eve party!! It was so nice of them to include me!! I am most likely going and we're going to have a blast hanging out and eating food thats probably bad for us and ringing in the new year :)


As for updates on my job: Nothing new really, I have been denied to some places only because they have no positions to offer me. Hopefully something will turn up soon so that I can have a job set before school starts (Jan 19th)

I'm Official in Arizona now!!!

I am official as far as Arizona goes now!!! I have my license, new number, registration, new plates. All I have left to do now is to get accepted to ASU!!! This should be done in 2 weeks.!!

The next major thing on my list is to find a job near school and a church near school. For Christmas eve we went to CENTRAL CHRISTIAN, which was an awesome church but it would be kinda far from my school. Sunday I am going to visit HOPE CHRISTIAN right on the ASU campus. I am very excited about that.

I have been diligently applying to jobs near school. About 10 so far. My goal is to have interviews next week. So lets hope that I'm busy with interviews next week that way I can start after the first of the year.

UNPACKING, ERRANDS, ETC.

Well instead of packing away my day I have been unpacking away my days. I have gotten through alot of boxes but I have lots of clothes to put away.
So far in 2 days I have gotten my new license, new checking account, new phone number (btw if you need it just email me: adamazio@kent.edu), and tomorrow I am getting my new plates and registration.

This week has been very productive so far!

Things to come:

I am searching for a job already just to see what I get offered before school starts. I'm assuming it won't be much yet because of the holidays but it doesn't hurt to look. I'll keep updates about that.

I Said "See Ya Later" to My Car Today

I am taking the major steps to get out to Arizona!!! My car got picked up at 5 today. No car all weekend but I should be ok.. I really need relaxation after crazy FINALS WEEK. My car should be in AZ by monday or tuesday!!

My room is so empty here but I know its going to be jam packed when I get out there.. craziness!!!

I've been doing alot of lasts lately (last speech practice, last band practice,etc) and its kinda bringing me down but I'm so excited to start over.

Anything new happens I'll let you know if not.. my next post will be from ARIZONA!!!

PACKING, PACKING, and MORE PACKING!!!

5 days to go and I still have tons of packing to do!! Alot of it is stuff that I am still using, but this weekend is going to be crazy getting everything packed and ready to go.

My car is leaving either friday or saturday (they will call and let us know). I should have it after Christmas which is good because I am definitely going to need it!! I have so many things to do when I get out there! I have a big TO DO List going.

I have a final tomorrow in math and 2 on thursday then I am DONE with school!!! I am so ready to be done; I am so sick of Kent Trumbull.
Saturday is my last speech tournament :( It is going to be very sad because I have ALOT of friends that I am going to miss so much!!
Sunday is my last time at Windham Bible Church for a very long time and my last band performance for the year!!
Monday is the day of my BIG MOVE!!! very exciting!!

This move is creeping up on me but I am getting so excited and anxious and i dont even know but its all good stuff :D

STRESS...kinda???

December 8th:
Yay I am getting closer and closer to ARIZONA!!! I am so excited/anxious/scared all at the same time. ASU still has given me no response but its ok; I'm trusting that everything will go smoothly once I get out there.

The weird title of this post is because I do have some stress but I also have other awesome things coming up that is kinda canceling out the bad stress.. if that makes any sense at all.. haha
Tomorrow is band practice as usual then Friday the Youngens and I are ringing the bell outside of Sparkle for the Salvation Army. (yes! in the cold... ugh! but the cause outweighs the cold)
Saturday is Kennedy's speech tournament at Poland High School. That will end around 4 then my DUO team is coming with me to a play at Ursuline High School, West Side Story, to see some good friends of mine.
Sunday is the second to last day at WBC :( I'm going to miss my church family sooo much!!!
Next week is FINALS WEEK!! ahhh (thats where the stress comes in)

Well I guess thats all for now. I'll let you know how the kids do at the tournament and how the rest of my week goes :)
