Sunday I decided to try Hope Christian Church right on the campus of ASU. When I got there everyone was so inviting and they have a wonderful band!! Sunday was "Open Mic" day where the students/alumni/attendants could say what God had done for them or helped the through in the past year; kinda like testimonials!! They were great!! I loved hearing about all the wonderful things that were happening in these peoples lives. It just shows how great God can be!! I have decided that this is the church for me and will be going there from now on :)
While I was at church I met some very awesome people who invited me to a new years eve party!! It was so nice of them to include me!! I am most likely going and we're going to have a blast hanging out and eating food thats probably bad for us and ringing in the new year :)As for updates on my job: Nothing new really, I have been denied to some places only because they have no positions to offer me. Hopefully something will turn up soon so that I can have a job set before school starts (Jan 19th)
So glad to hear you found a church you like. God is where you are in your heart. Not only will you be blessed by other Christians they will be blessed by you.
